CONSULTATION PACKAGES
We offer a FREE initial 15 minute consultation that is done via phone or zoom.
All other paid consultations are completed with video conference through our charting system.
New Patient Video Consultation
The 1 hour long initial new patient video consultation fee is $75, payable upon scheduling the appointment. Package includes one-on-one consultation with the Provider.
The consultation consists of the Provider taking a complete medical history to include medication review, to better understand your personal, individual needs. Cannabinoid education is also provided on the differences between plant classifications of Sativa, Indica, and Hybrid.Concentrations of cannabinoids like THC and CBD are also reviewed.Treatment options and product delivery methods are then recommended in individualized treatment plans. Sources to obtain quality medical Cannabis are also provided.

Ongoing patient support
Visit includes follow-up with the Provider, continued patient education, dosing assistance, and treatment re-evaluation.
